The hotel location is simply everything you could ask for, with a view of the sea from every single room. The rooms are relatively clean, though in desperate need of updating. The service could use a personality adjustment, with unannounced room entries and ineffective issue resolution. The dining was greatly impacted by flies and mosquitoes, making it challenging to enjoy meals. However, the proximity to the docks for island resort departures is excellent, making it a convenient spot for the first or last night in the city.

The service, offered by the Ramada shuttle driver for $175.00 was respectful and professional, providing a Love experience with site tours including the casino. The location is excellent, near the docks for island resorts yet packed with inappropriate music. The dining experience was mostly good with delicious options except for overcooked eggs at the omelet station. The facilities are well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay.
