Ramada By Wyndham Princess Belize City Hotel, Belize City

The hotel location is simply everything you could ask for, with a view of the sea from every single room. The rooms are relatively clean, though in desperate need of updating. The service could use a personality adjustment, with unannounced room entries and ineffective issue resolution. The dining was greatly impacted by flies and mosquitoes, making it challenging to enjoy meals. However, the proximity to the docks for island resort departures is excellent, making it a convenient spot for the first or last night in the city.

The hotel rooms are clean and very cool when you close the drapes, but can be noisy at times. The service, offered by the Ramada shuttle driver for $175.00 was respectful and professional, providing a Love experience with site tours including the casino. The location is excellent, near the docks for island resorts yet packed with inappropriate music. The dining experience was mostly good with delicious options except for overcooked eggs at the omelet station. The facilities are well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. While the rooms were clean and comfortable, they seemed outdated and failed to cool down efficiently even with the A/C running. The location provided stunning views of the sunrise, but there were concerns with slippery floors. The dining experience was adequate, but there were issues with the pricing structure. Despite these drawbacks, the service was excellent and met our needs perfectly.
